Here's what children, parents, grandparents, caregivers and teachers are saying about Love to Sing...
Hey Linda,
Thank you so much for such a Melodious Song.
My Kids are really very fond of all the songs of your website. Just Fabulous...., Wonderful.
Please keep the flame of such a beautiful music burning and aspiring forever...
If children are benefited by your noble work, I shall also feel very happy about the same.
Please keep the fragrance of your Beautiful Work spreading around so as Buds (kids) can Blossom into a very Cultured Flowers and they eventually spread the fragrance of Love, Beauty and Peace in the World.
Warm Wishes

Hi Linda,
I actually live in Sudan and am in my fourth year now and teach preschool in the Khartoum American School. I discovered your Love to Sing Series while I was teaching in Laos. Our New Zealand music teacher used the Jack in the Box and Hey Baby, Let's Rock and Roll with our group. I was hooked. I Googled the songs and found your website. I use the DVDs as a very positive means of musical expression and a real life experience seeing other children involved in music. Children who might not be very expressive normally will begin to sing along and some will jump up in spontaneous dancing. I highly recommend the series as a means to provide children with an opportunity to generate inner feelings for music and free expression. I play the CDs in the outside play area to let the children generate their own spontaneous actions to the songs

Hi Linda
Just a quick email to say I received your DVD. Love it - so good for my Year 3 and 4 kids.
I recommended it to a parent wanted to know how they could help their child - they thought it sounded great and ordered it.

I was introduced to Love to Sing songs by some wonderful NZ teachers when I was working in London. Since then I have used them in my classrooms all over the world - they are loved by all children, but I find them particularly helpful for children learning English - they just can't resist joining in with the actions, delightful tunes and fun lyrics (TPR). My (and my students) special favourite is "hello" it's a great settling-in song in those first few scary days when they start 'big' school. By the end of the week they are practically charging into the classroom in the morning to put the CD player on and start a fun-filled energetic day. Parents from all nationalites come up to me humming your songs - they are a fantastic springboard to instilling a love of music in all. I especially love to see children who are initially reticent about speaking aloud - singing at the top of their voices - magical!!!
Thank you, keep up the good work
Best wishes
Sharon Heywood :)

Dear Linda,
My children, Fionn (5) and Kaya (4) love your CDs and DVDs and they have many of them. My son Fionn in particular is a huge fan (see pic attached). Fionn has special needs. He is as yet unofficially diagnosed but has feeding and growth problems, coupled with cerebral palsy. I recently got him your Christmas DVD to add to his collection and he’s obsessed!!! He sings along to all of the songs and he told me that all he wanted for Christmas was a yellow T-shirt with the ‘I Love to Sing’ loveheart on it. Fionn is a very sweet, gentle soul who has always had a passion for music.
Kind Regards,
Debbie Walsh
Hi Linda,
A huge thank you to you and the kids for supporting us at the party yet again yesterday. It was a fantastic (and exhausting) day as always and we are truly grateful for your ongoing support.
Please pass on my sincere thanks to the whole choir and hope they have a well deserved Christmas break knowing they helped make our kids day that much more special.

Hi Linda, can I just start with saying that your dvds are wonderful. My 16month old must get her daily fix of 'Love to Sing' favourites and is at the stage of pre-empting the next song before it’s even started. Thanks for your time. Keep up the great work.
Kind regards

Hello. I run a Mainly Music programme and am wondering if you still have a shop where I can come and see you product range. We have a DVD library from which the parents are able to borrow free one DVD per child per week. The few DVD's we do have of yours are very popular with our children and we would like to add more. Thank you
Robyn Craig
Hi Linda,
The Love to Sing club free learning ideas is fantastic. I think it would give our educators a great tool to use, especially seeing they work in a home environment and can use the activity ideas, words, etc, immediately. One idea I thought of was to have those people using this as a tool to be able to suggest other activities that worked well for them and have the idea added to your list or have like a bulletin board where they could write comments or ideas.

Hi Linda
I LOVE your new website! Thanks especially for the free resources.... we Performing Arts teachers don't have a bottomless pit when it comes to budget!
This year I'm aiming to teach more songs so the segments: The Power of Singing Songs & Key Elements of Teaching a Song were of particular interest.
I look forward to your next update & wish you further success.
Regards
Margaret
Hi Linda,
Thank you very much for the attachment and your excellent customer service.
The music is for our dance work this half-term connected to our topic of 'Teeth and Healthy eating' and it usually difficult to find just the backing track to a well known song. You are more than welcome to use anything I have written about you and your website and I know I'll be passing on the site address to colleagues as well as checking out more music for my class.
Thanks again.
Regards

Hi there
I met Linda at the Teddy Bears Picnic event in the Auckland Domain.
My daughter, Sarah (2) and I just love the music and dancing, and watch the DVDs, listen to CDs and love our lives to be filled with music. We also attend Mainly Music weekly in St Heliers.
I am a great believer that it has played a huge role in Sarahs ability to talk so well, construct sentences and communicate clearly at such a young age.
She is a very cute, outgoing, little girl and I just wondered if you ever needed children for filming for any of the productions then I would be more than happy for her to participate.
Secondly, I would love to join the mailing list for any upcoming events or activities, or new releases etc. I look forward to hearing from you.
Many thanks,
Jane Pratley
Hi Linda,

Hi Linda,
My name is Tracie Jones and I am currently in my first year studying to become a teacher in Christchurch.
At the moment I am doing music lessons with children and planning the lessons. I love the 'Love to sing' songs and think they are perfect for the age I am teaching. And they are fun, which I think is very important.I was wondering if there was anywhere that I could find the sheet music for the songs as I would like to work through musical notes with the children.
I would appreciate any feedback as to where I might find this.
Thank-you very much for your time,
Tracie Jones.
Hi Linda,

Because she likes it so much I wanted to find others in your range to purchase but can't find the DVD's offered on your website....only the packages to download....am I not looking in the right place??? If you could let me know how many DVD's are available and how I can purchase them that would be much appreciated.

Hello There,
My name is Henry Salmon, and after a visit to my grandchildren, and great grandchildren over Christmas at Kati Kati, NZ, they introduced me to your wonderful disc of AT THE ZOO, and I at the age of ninety five, I enjoyed it as much as they did, and it gave me the idea of purchasing a couple, and letting the old folk at the home where I also am a tenant, to participate in that enjoyment.
Respectfully yours,
HE SALMON
Hello Linda,
I have a web site (bornogtonlist.net) with a collection of ideas for music and music-related activites in kindergarten. This is not a commercial site. It's driven by my own interest in the subject, and its target audience is kindergarten teachers in Iceland. (The whole web site is in Icelandic).
After a tip from a colleague, I recently found your web site, and after seeing the adorable video, I bought a copy of your song "We're Going on a Lion Hunt".
The song was translated into Icelandic by my colleague Stella, and the children love it! It is especially fun to "act it out" in a similar way as can be seen in the video you made. The web page with the Icelandic translation as well as with an introduction and the YouTube video is here http://bornogtonlist.net/index.php?title=Viđ_förum_öll_í_ljónaleit
Best regards,

Linda,
This is a great idea.
