Because while our songs face our own Total Quality Management team... we know you have your own testing team to worry about. So no hassle, no complaining... we let you and your kids be the judge of our songs.You will need to return physical products within 7 days of purchase to receive a refund. Return, Refunds and ExchangesDamaged or faulty items:
If an item is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us to exchange or to receive a full refund of the purchased item.
Other items:Please give us the reason for the return by emailing sales @lovetosing.co.nz for clarification and approval for the return, before sending the goods back.
If an item is not damaged or faulty, you may still return it for a full refund of the purchase price (but not the cost of postage) provided that you return the item to us:
1) Within 7 days after delivery to you 2) With your order number and with prior email confirmation 3) In its original condition and in its original packaging.
