How do I place my order?
1) Browse through the Love to Sing site until you find the item you wish to purchase, you can listen to sound bites or watch a video song to help you decide.
2) Click the “add to cart” button next to your selection, or on the right hand side at the top of the page. You can click the shopping cart icon to view the items in your cart. To continue shopping please select the category you wish to shop, your items will remain in your cart.
3) Once you've added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process.
How do I buy digital products?
1) After payment confirmation, you will receive an email at the address you've provided us - please ensure you have given your correct email address.
2) The email in your inbox will include a link to follow where you can download your digital products.
3) Download the file (mp3, pdf or zip file) to your computer and save within 2 days as the link will expire.
4) Have a happy sing-a-long!
I didn't receive my digital down load link?
1) Please check your spam or junk mail folder, depending on how your computer is set up, the link may be in there?
2) When making a payment through Paypal follow the instructions for Paypal to redirect you back to our website. If you do not follow their procedure your order will not be processed. Contact us at sales@lovetosing.co.nz so we can manually complete the order for you.

Was my physical order placed if I wasn't sent a confirmation email?
If you completed all the steps of the checkout process and submitted an order and asked to receive a confirmation email but didn't - your order has most likely been received.
Check your spam or junk mail folder for the confirmation email.

How do I pay?
You can pay by using a credit card on our secure encrypted website. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through PayPal used by thousands of online retailers around the world.
How can I search for something on the site?
On the top right hand side of the Love to Sing home page, you will find a search option. Enter the keyword in the field provided and click the search icon. All items featuring the search word will appear on your page.
Delivery Information
All orders are despatched between 1-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Love to Sing does not guarantee delivery time frames which have been provided as a guide only. They are dependant on efficiency of postal services and customs regulations and are subject to normal postal conditions and disruptions.
NB. If you require express service for an order please contact us directly at sales@lovetosing.co.nz to place your urgent order, we will advice you of the express international cost.

Return, refunds and exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with every item you purchase from Love to Sing!
Damaged or faulty items:
If an item is damaged or faulty, you can return it to us to exchange or to receive a full refund of the purchased item.
Please give us the reason for the return by emailing sales@lovetosing.co.nz for clarification and approval for the return, before sending the goods back.
Other items:
If an item is not damaged or faulty, you may still return it for a full refund of the purchase price (but not the cost of postage) provided that you return the item to us:
1) Within 7 days after delivery to you
2) With your order number and with prior email confirmation
3) In its original condition and in its original packaging.
